Service Description

We consult, plan and create reports across numerous urban planning topics including: land use and zoning, site planning, comprehensive plan, historic preservation, pedestrian walkability, transit development, neighborhood planning, downtown revitalization, public utilities and more. For public managers and planning boards, we directly support economic development efforts including: small business assistance, planned unit development (PUD), incentive program management, investment zones, and sustainable construction. We offer property management services for vacant lots and programming assistance in the form of direct grant support. We can also coordinate partnerships and team development to launch, redirect, or complete existing project ideas with a charitable purpose. For intensive gardens, we also assist with landscape, ecosystem, and animal presence.
