The Downtown Albany Business Improvement District presents a free Small Business Assistance Event at the African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region, hosted by Angelo Maddox, owner of Fresh & Fly.
Are you interested in starting or expanding your business, or just in need of some support? Join us for this free event to discuss the following topics with experts and other business owners:
• Grants and loan programs to start or expand a small business
• Business model development
• Entrepreneurial training classes
• One-on-one business counseling assistance
• Peer mentoring support
• Legal assistance
• Location assistance
Representatives from Albany Law's Community Economic Development Clinic, Capitalize Albany, the Capital Region Chamber, the Center for Economic Growth, the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region, and the New York Small Business Development Center will be on-hand to speak with business owners and entrepreneurs.
The event is free to attend, but pre-registration is encouraged.
